Subsequently, he worked in collaboration with Sharjah Charity International as Medical Director of their medical centre and as a General Practitioner, he handled in-patient wards and Emergency department patients at Burjeel Specialty Hospital.
As a General Practitioner, Dr. Koudsi takes care of chronic and complex health conditions, ensures treatment of urgent and acute non-life-threatening diseases, preventive care including health education and immunisation, screening and early detection of disease, palliative care and referral to allied health professions for specialised medical care.
