Dr. Min Wei’s journey began in 2008 when she joined the Surgical ICU of The Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. Over the course of five years, she served as a Resident, Chief Resident, and Associated Attending, gaining invaluable expertise in critical care and surgical medicine. During this time, she also took on the responsibility of overseeing the quality of medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
In 2013 she embarked on a new chapter in her career by joining United Family Healthcare as a FM (Family Medicine) fellow doctor.
