  • Dr. Kinda Al-Ani is a Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Medcare Women & Children Hospital. She completed her Doctor of Medicine (MD) and her MSc specialisation in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the University of Damascus, Syria. She is a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians &Gynaecologists (MRCOG), London, UK and a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (FRCOG), London, UK. She is an accredited Colposcopist from the British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (BSCCP).
  • Dr. Al-Ani has spent over three decades working in the UK, Syria and the UAE. She started her career as a Registrar at the Gwynedd District University Hospital, UK, where she completed her Postgraduate training (RCOG). There, she became a Senior Registrar and later a Senior Specialist. Subsequently, she returned to Damascus in Syria, where she spent almost a decade working as a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Medical Care Centre. She then took on the role of a Clinical Fellow in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and an Academic Tutor for the Welsh Deanery of the RCOG at the Royal Gwent University Hospital, Newport, UK. Having gained invaluable all-rounded experience in her chosen field, she decided to serve as a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the renowned Dubai Hospital and then with Dubai Health Care City, UAE.
