Dr. Chanchal has a distinguished educational background, obtaining his MBBS degree from KEM Hospital, Mumbai, completing his post-graduation in Pediatrics from PGIMER, Chandigarh, earning a DM in Neonatology (with a Gold medal) from JIPMER, Puducherry, and achieving a DrNB in Neonatology from NBEMS, Delhi.
