She spent many years as a Consultant at a clinic in Lebanon, that she founded. Later, she worked as a Clinical Dietitian with Omnicare Medical and Aesthetic Centre in Dubai, followed by a long stint with the Saleh Clinic and Wellness By Design Clinic as a Bariatric Dietitian in Dubai. With such rich experience and a wealth of knowledge, Ms. Bou Khalil was a Dietetic Coordinator and Instructor at the University of Sharjah in the UAE.
She is passionate about sharing her learnings to better people’s lifestyles and so taught at many universities in Lebanon and the UAE including the Lebanese University, NDU (Notre Dame University), USEK (Université Saint-Esprit Kaslik) and Sharjah University.
