• Dr. Zahra Anwar-Ahmad is a Consultant in the Department of Family Medicine at the Medcare Medical Centre. She completed her MBBS from the well-known Guy's, Kings, St. Thomas' (GKT) School of Medical Education, UK and her specialist training from the East of England.
• Since graduating, Dr. Anwar-Ahmad spent a decade working in a variety of hospitals in London, garnering invaluable experience in all facets of Family Medicine. She worked as a General Practitioner (GP) at the Witham Health Centre and as a Registrar at the Whitley House Surgery.
• After relocating to the UAE she spent time as a Consulting Physician at Mediclinic Al Noor Hospital and then at Mediclinic Meadows, Dubai. She is passionate about Family Medicine and believes in the continuity of care and placing the patient’s needs first.
