He obtained his MBBS from the Government Medical College in Srinagar, India, and a Master of Surgery (MS) in ENT Surgery from the renowned Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) in Chandigarh, India. He is a member of the Indian Association of Otolaryngologists (IAO) and the Saudi Cancer Society (SCS).
Dr. Maqbool gained invaluable experience working across India, KSA and the UAE for the last three decades. He initially worked as a Registrar in the Shri Maharaja Hari Singh (SMHS) Hospital, followed by stints at Dr. Maqbool's ENT/Head & Neck Centre and Medicare Hospital, all in Srinagar, India.
