Dr. Sreekumar passed MBBS from the prestigious Calicut Medical College. He took his MD in Internal Medicine from Government Medical College, Coimbatore in 2003.
After a short stint as Junior Physician at Baby Memorial Hospital, Calicut, he joined Calicut Medical College as Senior Lecturer in Medicine in January 2004. He later got promoted to Assistant Professor of Medicine and was involved in teaching Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.
