Dr. Sakher worked for 6 years in Rashid Hospital Trauma Center Dubai where he was dealing with complex cases (major trauma, toxicology, burns and strokes). During his work in Rashid Hospital, Dr. Sakher had a special interest in teaching and mentoring Residents and he is an instructor in many accredited courses in the UAE.

Dr. Sakher was a professional footballer in his home country Sudan, represents his home country in the 1st Olympic National Football Team and competed for famous football clubs in Sudan. Dr. Sakher has publications in the field of Emergency Medicine in reputed international journals.
