Dr. Rizmee Shireen is a Consultant in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Medcare Hospitals . She obtained her medical graduation (MBBS) from the Deccan College of Medical Sciences, under the NTR University of Health Sciences Vijayawada, India. She holds a Diploma from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland, and membership of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (MRCOG) UK and the Royal College of Physicians Ireland (MRCPI). She received her certification in colposcopy from the British Society of Colposcopists and Cervical Pathologists, UK and her certification as a BSCCP trainer. She acquired the prestigious CCST Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, board certified from Royal College of Physicians in Ireland.
She is a member of the European Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy and a fellow of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (FRCOG) UK. She has undergone extensive residency training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in various University hospitals in Ireland. With her impressive credentials and varied work experience at some of the best hospitals in Ireland, Dr. Shireen is an accomplished professional. She has spent almost two decades as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in prestigious hospitals in Ireland and the UAE. She had the opportunity to work at the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital and St James's Hospital in Dublin, where she received minimal access surgical fellowship training in pelvic surgery. In the UAE, she has notably worked with the NMC (Al Zahra) Hospital in Sharjah and Saudi German Hospital in Ajman.
