Dr. Puja Ajay Rai is a Specialist in Ophthalmology at the Medcare Medical Centre. She completed her MBBS at the Government Medical College in Miraj, affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, and her DNB Ophthalmology from the Diplomate of National Board, New Delhi. She holds a Fellowship in Cornea and Microsurgery from the Aravind Eye Hospital in Madurai, India. She is a member of the All-India Ophthalmic Society, the Cornea Society of India, and the International Keratoconus Society.
After completing her fellowship in Madurai, Dr. Rai served as a Consultant in Cornea, Refractive, and Cataract Surgery at the Rangalakshmi Netralaya and then joined Ramaiah Medical College as a faculty member in the Ophthalmology department, both in Bangalore, India. She later worked as a house officer at BDBA Municipal Hospital in Mumbai. After relocating, she has worked with RALS Clinic and JTS Medical Centre. Since then, she has worked with Aster Hospital and JTS Medical Centre as a Specialist in Ophthalmology.
