Prof. Dr. Omid Sedigh is a senior Consultant in Urology and Andrology at the Al Safa branch of Medcare Medical Centre. He completed his MBBS from the prestigious University of Turin in Italy. He then completed a Masters in Urology. He has a string of qualifications to his name that includes a Fellowship and University Master's Degree in Reconstructive Andrology, a Fellowship and University Master’s Degree in Prostatic Oncology and a full Specialist degree in Surgical Urology valid in the European Community, Switzerland and the UK. He is a member of the Italian Society of Urology (ISU), the European Association of Urology (EAU) and the European Society for Sexual Medicine (ESSM).
Prof. Dr. Sedigh is an extremely skilled and experienced doctor, having spent almost three decades in pursuit of excellence in his chosen field. He has held important positions in several educational and scientific committees. Initially, he was a Senior. Consultant Urologist and active part of the Andrology team at Molinette University Hospital. He spent some time as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Turin and on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Andrological Sciences. He has been the Chief of the Department of Urology and Reconstructive Andrology at the Gradenigo Humanitas University Center of Torino, then Adjunct Professor at the Humanitas University- Andrology Branch Torino and the Italian National University. He served as Director of Kidney Transplant in the Urology Department and Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the Asian Pacific Society of Andrology Reconstructive Urology Surgeons (APSARUS).
