My arrival to emergency unit at Saudi German hospital started bad as the emergency doctor tried to dismiss my concerns( chest pain, dysphagia) as simple sore throat which I haven’t had, saying “ by the way it’s not emergency “I have then insisted on being properly examined and they have redirected me to Dr. Najib Zeidan and I am so grateful that he took my symptoms seriously. His professionalism, knowledge, and calm attitude immediately reassured me. He not only admitted me as an in-patient but also made sure that my insurance approved a proper gastroscopy so that the real cause of my condition could be investigated. During my stay, even though I was unable to eat for 2 days I was looked after with great kindness and even provided with very light but delicious meal before discharge – a small gesture that meant so much. A very special thank you also goes to Dr. Taher and Nurse Princess, who checked on me constantly, ensured my comfort, and went out of their way to expedite the discharge documentation so the process was smooth and stress-free. I feel truly grateful for the genuine care, attention, and professionalism I received. Thank you for making a difficult experience so much easier and for giving me the confidence that my health was in the best possible hands.
