He was instrumental in setting up an award winning, multi-disciplinary diabetic foot clinic which was credited with significant reduction in major amputations.
Passionate about teaching, he has been a surgical module lead for students from the University of Nottingham in the UK. He was also a surgical tutor at the Royal college of surgeons Edinburgh, Scotland for
