He moved to the UK in 2004, where he completed his Core Medical and Higher Specialist training in Respiratory Medicine in the London Deanery. Dr Peerbhoy was awarded his CCT in Respiratory and General Internal Medicine in 2015.

Dr Peerbhoy earned his medical degree from Pune University, India, in 1998. He
completed his specialist residency in Respiratory Medicine at the Military Hospital
Cardiothoracic Centre, Pune, and was awarded an MD in Tuberculosis and
Respiratory Diseases from the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune in 2003.
