• Dr. Serour has worked across Egypt, Kuwait and the UAE, establishing himself as a skilled Paediatrician. In Egypt, he first served as a Paediatric Registrar at the Ghamra Military Hospital, then as a Paediatric Intensivist at Al Galaa Military Hospital and as a Paediatric Specialist at the Chest Speciality Hospital. He also spent 4 years in Kuwait as a Paediatric Intensivist Specialist at Farwanyia Hospital, Kuwait before relocating to the UAE to work with the Zulekha Hospital.

He completed his MBBCh in Paediatric Intensive Care from Menoufia Medical College, Egypt and his MSc in Paediatrics from Ain Shams University, Egypt. He holds a Diploma in Paediatric Nutrition from Ireland and a Fellowship from the European Society of Paediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care (ESPNIC). He is a member of the Egyptian Society for Neonatal and Preterm Care and the Egyptian Society for Paediatric Intensive Care. \
