Dr. Marwa Samir El Naggar is a Specialist in the Department of Radiology at the Sharjah - Medcare Medical Centre. She obtained her MBBS and a Master's degree in Radiodiagnosis from the Ain Shams University in Egypt. She is a member of the Egyptian Medical Syndicate Her specialized education gave her exposure to various facets of radiological modalities. In the early days of her career, she worked at El Zaitoun Specialized Hospital in Cairo, Egypt. She then served at the Government of Egypt before relocating to the UAE. Here she worked at the Al Kuwait Hospital in Dubai.
As an accomplished Radiologist, Dr. Marwa is an expert at interpreting and analyzing images. She performs all ultrasound modalities including pelvic-abdominal ultrasound, obstetrics and gynaecological ultrasound, and Doppler ultrasound. She also uses various medical imaging methods like X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans and breast sono-mammography.
