She graduated with her MBBS from Khyber Medical College in 2003, before moving to the UK to pursue an MSc in Clinical Dermatology at the prestigious St John’s Institute of Dermatology, Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, London. She began her UK career as a Specialty Doctor in Dermatology at Milton Keynes University Hospital and Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, later achieving the Specialty Certificate Examination (SCE) in Dermatology. She went on to attain Consultant status through the Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) via the CESR pathway.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr Shah has held leadership roles as Dermatology Outreach Lead and Clinical Governance Lead at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. She has also been actively involved in medical education, serving as a Clinical Supervisor for GP trainees. Dr Shah is a member of the British Association of Dermatology (BAD), the British Society of Paediatrics and Adolescents Dermatology (BSPAD), and the British Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (BSACI).
