Dr. Firas Younis is a European-trained General Surgery Consultant who joins King’s College Hospital London in Dubai with extensive experience in general and colorectal surgery, with a special interest in laparoscopic and open colorectal procedures.
He is a graduate of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and holds a Certificate of Completion of Training in General and Colorectal Surgery from East Anglia and Cambridge. He has been awarded the Intercollegiate Fellowship (FRCSI) in General Surgery with a specialist focus in Colorectal Surgery. Dr. Firas has also completed a post-CCT Fellowship in Laparoscopic and Open Colorectal Surgery at North Shore Hospital, Auckland, New Zealand.
