Dr. Fawaz A-Hazaa is an experienced Orthopaedic Consultant, currently working at Medcare Hospital, Sharjah. He completed his basic medical education (MBBS) at the Universität des Saarlandes in Germany, then undertook his Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery in Germany and received his Facharzt Degree in Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology from the Landärztekammer Baden-Württemberg in Germany.
After completing his Facharzt degree, Dr. A-Hazaa held positions as Head of the Unit and Consultant at several renowned academic spine orthopaedic hospitals in Germany. He spent nearly two decades practising at SRH Klinikum Karlsbad Langensteinbach (Heidelberg University), Schon Klinik Gruppe, Neustadt Ostholstein (Kiel University) and Lorsch Hospital. He served as Senior Physician at Knappschaftsklinikum Saar before relocating to the UAE. He moved to the UAE as an Orthopaedic Spine Consultant and later became the Head of the Ortho Spine Surgery Unit at Emirates Health Services, Al Qassimi Hospital, Sharjah.
