His clinical expertise covers a wide range of paediatric conditions, with key interests in paediatric urology, neonatal surgery, hypospadias correction, single-stage procedures for anorectal malformations, and treatment of Hirschsprung disease. He also has a special focus on hepato-biliary surgery, particularly the Kasai procedure for biliary atresia, as well as paediatric solid tumour surgeries.

Job experience
His international experience includes working in France at Bicetre Hospital, where he performed complex paediatric liver transplants and hepato-biliary procedures, and at Trousseau Hospital, focusing on paediatric urology and oncology surgeries. Upon returning to Lebanon, he continued his practice across several prominent hospitals such as Bahman Hospital, Trad Hospital, and Hotel Dieu de France Hospital, while also training medical residents and lecturing at the Lebanese University’s Faculty of Medicine.
Dr. Iskandarani has led several paediatric surgery divisions in Lebanon, including at Sahel General Hospital, Al Zahraa Hospital University Medical Center, and the Middle East Hospital. He was also Head of Paediatric Surgery at Rafic Hariri University Hospital and served at Clemenceau Medical Center before relocating to the UAE. In Dubai, he has worked as a Consultant Paediatric Surgeon with both Al Zahra Hospital and Mediclinic City Hospital.
