Dr. Fadhil Hussein Ghayb Al Rubaye is an esteemed Consultant in Paediatric Cardiology in the Department of Paediatrics at Medcare Hospital.

Education
He graduated from the Baghdad Medical College and completed his residency at the renowned Ibn Albitar Cardiac Centre in Baghdad, Iraq.
Subsequently, he completed a Fellowship in General Paediatrics followed by another Board Certified Fellowship in Paediatric Cardiology, both from Baghdad.
Job experience
During the initial years of his career, Dr. Al Rubaye honed his skills in Cardiology at the Ibn Alnafees Cardiac Centre in Iraq.
He also worked for a couple of years as a Consultant Paediatric Cardiology at Jalila Children Specialty Hospital.
Performed procedures
Besides managing paediatric cardiology outpatient clinics Dr. Al Rubaye has handled in-patient cardiac ICU, Paediatric ICU, and Neonatal SBCU patients. He specializes in supporting other hospital departments (emergency, general paediatric, neonatology, GIT, Oncology, and Nephrology) and manages adult congenital, and prenatal patients with congenital heart disease.
He is an expert at Cardiac catheterization (diagnostic and therapeutic), echocardiography, reading ECG reports, Holter monitor and exercise ECG.
