I had a very good experience at Fakeeh University Hospital from admission to discharge. The hospital is extremely clean, well-maintained, and the staff is very professional throughout. Nurse Neil from the Medical-Surgical Department was exceptionally kind, patient, and attentive. He kept checking on me regularly, made sure everything was fine, and answered all our questions calmly. He truly made the entire treatment and discharge process very smooth and stress-free. Dr. Appou was also very kind and reassuring, and he ensured I was comfortable at all times. Everything happened exactly as scheduled, without any delays. Overall, a very positive experience. I’m truly grateful to Nurse Neil, Dr. Appou, and the entire Medical-Surgical Department team. Dr. Appou Tamijmarane is a great doctor and helped and comforted during my hernia surgery with him. Very thoughtful and knowledgeable! Also the recovery from the surgery is faster than i thought! Also i would like to add Nurse Venus was also very calming and helpful throughout the visits as well!
