Dr. Ammar Majbour has completed his MBBCh and MD degrees from Damascus University, and is an ophthalmology specialist. He has worked at a number of hospitals in Damascus and completed specialised training in India, Germany and Egypt.
He has worked at Damascus Hospital, Italian Hospital – Damascus and in his private clinic there. He has completed training in Phaco surgery from India, in LASIK surgery from Germany and in vitrectomy surgery from Al Magrabi - Cairo, Egypt. Dr. Ammar Majbour is a member of the Syrian Association of Ophthalmology and the American Association of Ophthalmology.
