Dr. Alan Issa is a Specialist in the Department of Paediatrics at the Discovery Gardens branch of Medcare Medical Centre. He is Arab Board Certified in Paediatrics and holds a Doctor of Medicine Diploma from Aleppo University in Syria. He is a member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, UK. He is also a member of the Paediatric Saudi Association.
During the early years of his career, he first practised as a Paediatrician and then as a NICU Physician at the Maternity & Children Hospital in Dammam under the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia. He then worked at the Ram Medical Clinics in Dammam before joining the prestigious Dr. Sulaiman AlHabib Hospital.
