• Dr Ahmed Hassn is a UK trained highly qualified Consultant General and Laparoscopic Surgeon with more than 21 years of experience in his field.
• Dr Ahmed moved to the UK from Cairo after completing his basic surgical training in 1994 where he obtained Master degree in Surgery.
• During this period, he obtained Doctorate in Surgery, Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK, and Diploma in Laparoscopic Surgery from Louis Pasteur University, France.
• In December 2004, Dr Ahmed invented a new operation for weight loss surgery and published the longer term results in the Obesity Surgery Journal in 2016.
