Dr. Salil A Vengsarkar is a Specialist in General Surgery working at Medcare Royal. He completed his MBBS from the prestigious Sion Hospital in Mumbai and did his Masters from the world-renowned K.E.M and Tata Cancer Hospitals in Mumbai. He holds a Fellowship of the Association of Indian Surgeons (FAIS). He is a member of the Indian Medical Association, the Association of Surgeons of India, the Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India, the Asia Pacific Hernia Society and the Emirates Medical Association.
Dr. Vengsarkar has almost three decades of rich working experience across Mumbai and the UAE. He was unit Head and Consultant Surgeon at MGM and NMMC Group of Hospitals in Navi Mumbai before venturing out overseas to Australia and Singapore where he trained extensively and worked in specialized minimally invasive surgery (GI, Colorectal and Vascular).
