Before starting her career in the UK, she attended as clinical observer in Urogynecology and Infertility in 2002. During this period she was the Lead for: Labour ward Lead, Clinical Audit Lead, Lead for Perinatal mortality and Morbidity, Lead for Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology

In 1995 her career progression took her to the Sultanate of Oman until 2002.
